KYZEN is led by Ståle Moe, Saviour Magro, and Carl DeGiorgio - experienced professionals in the iGaming industry. With over 30 years of combined experience, mostly in Operations, they understand the industry's needs and challenges. They've worked in both large companies and startups, giving them broad insights into what iGaming operators really need.

Together, they created KYZEN to provide specialized services like Risk, Fraud, Payments, Payment Solution Management, and Customer Services. The name 'KYZEN' reflects their commitment to ongoing improvement, drawing from the 'Kaizen' philosophy. They aim to build a positive and effective work culture that aligns with the company's goals.
