Kyzen Group Limited is a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus (the “Company”, “KYZEN”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Our registered address is Marathovounou, 15A, 3071, Limassol, Cyprus. We operate commercially under the trading name KYZEN.

KYZEN is a specialist business-to-business (“B2B”) managed services provider. Our core service lines are:

  • RFP (Risk, Fraud and Payments) Stream;
  • Customer Support (CS) Stream;
  • Payment Orchestration Management;
  • Payment Solutions;
  • Compliance Suite;
  • Payment Method Testing.

Our services are directed exclusively at registered legal entities and regulated businesses. KYZEN does not provide services to individual consumers (natural persons acting outside the course of a trade, business, or profession), and nothing on this Website constitutes an offer to provide services to consumers.

2. Use of the Website

2.1 You may use this Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • use the Website in any manner that breaches any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation;
  • transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material or any other form of spam;
  • knowingly transmit any data, send or upload any material that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or any other harmful programs or code;

3.2 The specific terms governing the delivery of KYZEN’s services – including scope, fees, timelines, service levels, and respective obligations – are set out in individual written service agreements executed between KYZEN and each client (“Service Agreement”).

3.3 These Terms govern use of this Website only. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a duly executed Service Agreement, the Service Agreement shall take precedence.

3.4 KYZEN is a managed service provider only. KYZEN is not a Payment Service Provider, Electronic Money Institution, Money Services Business, Virtual Asset Service Provider, or any other regulated financial intermediary. KYZEN does not hold, control, or transmit client or end-user funds at any time. Payment processing responsibility remains exclusively with the licensed Payment Service Providers and financial institutions engaged directly by KYZEN’s clients.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 All content on this Website – including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, software, and underlying source code – is the proprietary property of Kyzen Group Limited and is protected by applicable copyright, trade mark, database right, and other intellectual property laws.

4.2 You may access and view Website content for your own informational and business evaluation purposes. You may NOT, without our prior written consent:

  • reproduce, copy, distribute, or republish any part of the Website in any medium;
  • modify or adapt any content, or incorporate it into any other work;
  • use any KYZEN trade marks, logos, or branding in a way that suggests association or endorsement;
  • scrape, extract, or systematically download data from the Website using automated tools.
  • use any content from this Website to train, fine-tune, or develop artificial intelligence or machine learning models without KYZEN’s prior written consent.

5.1 Any information you share with KYZEN in the course of exploring or engaging our services will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties except: (a) as required by applicable law or by order of a competent court or regulatory authority; (b) with your prior written consent; or (c) to the extent the information is already in the public domain through no fault of KYZEN; or (d) to KYZEN’s employees, officers, or professional advisers who require access to the information for the purpose of evaluating or delivering the relevant services, subject to equivalent confidentiality obligations.

5.2 More detailed confidentiality obligations, including the scope, duration, and permitted disclosures applicable to active engagements, are governed by the relevant Service Agreement and any non-disclosure agreement executed between the parties.

KYZEN is committed to protecting personal data and processing it in accordance with all applicable data protection and privacy laws, including, where applicable, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation or “GDPR”), the Cyprus Law Providing for the Protection of Natural Persons with Regard to the Processing of Personal Data and the Free Movement of Such Data of 2018 (Law 125(I)/2018), and any other applicable data protection legislation.

9.2 All commercial liability in connection with the delivery of KYZEN’s services is governed exclusively by the relevant signed Service Agreement between KYZEN and the client. Service-related liability is subject to the caps and exclusions set out in that agreement.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

10.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without prejudice to any mandatory provisions of applicable EU law.

10.2 Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Cyprus.

11. Changes to These Terms

11.1 KYZEN may update or amend these Terms at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, or our business practices. The revised Terms will be published on this Website with an updated effective date.

11.2 Continued use of the Website after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We recommend that you review this page periodically to remain informed of the current Terms.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Severability. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and KYZEN with respect to use of this Website and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings relating to the same subject matter. Service-related engagements are governed by the relevant Service Agreement.

12.4 No Partnership or Agency. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, or agency between you and KYZEN.

12.5 Assignment. KYZEN may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms to any affiliate or successor entity without your consent, provided that such assignment does not adversely affect your rights. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without KYZEN’s prior written consent.
